A few things to note:

Application Process, Timeline, & Odds: Due to high demand, less than 10% of applications will be approved to purchase a Standalone 10’ x 10’ Booth. Applications will be reviewed in Spring 2025 after larger activations that include booth space have been secured.
How to Guarantee Securing a Booth: You may skip the application by purchasing a sponsorship package (starting at $25k with 4 tickets) that includes a booth. For all inquiries, please email Josh Grossman – josh@insuretechconnect.com.
Start-Up Kiosk Eligibility Criteria: For start-ups who have raised $0 to $5M of funding AND founded less than five (5) years from the date of ITC Vegas 2025.
Neighborhoods – The Expo Floor will be sectioned off into several different neighborhoods, which are outlined below. In the form below, you may indicate your interest in securing space in one or more neighborhoods.

General ITC Vegas Expo Floor (Property and Casualty, Life and Health)

The Expo Floor you know and love showcasing innovation from all parts of the value chain.

Neighborhood 1: ITC Life, Health & Benefits

Key players: L&A insurers, health providers focusing on voluntary/supplemental benefits and worksite products, and group/employee benefits brokers - PLUS the solution/tech partners who support them.

Neighborhood 2: ITC Agents + Brokers

Key players: Agents and brokers, from small to large - PLUS the carriers and solution/tech partners who support them.

Neighborhood 3: ITC MGAs

Key players: Managing General Agents (MGAs), Managing General Underwriters (MGUs) – PLUS, the insurers, reinsurers, and solution/tech partners who support them.

Neighborhood 4: ITC Lead Acquisition

Key players: insurers that specialize in clicks, calls, and leads - PLUS the solution/tech partners who support them.

Neighborhood 5: ITC LATAM

Key players: All companies based in and involved in Latin America’s insurance market.
