Media Pass Registration

ITC Vegas welcomes media across the insurance landscape to join the world’s largest gathering for those passionate about driving innovation in insurance.

Media credentials for ITC Vegas are available to press, podcasters, and editorial media who consistently publish original work focused on insurance, risk management, or innovation. To qualify, registrants must provide their media credentials, along with links to recent bylines.

Eligibility criteria by media type:

Journalists at online publications and bloggers may qualify for ITC Vegas media credentials if they provide:
  • The name of the publication with their published work.
  • Proof of regular (monthly or more frequent) insurance, insurtech, risk management, or innovation-related coverage.
  • Bloggers affiliated with marketing or PR firms, corporate brand websites, service-based consultants, or personal blogs are not eligible for media credentials.

Media credentials may be granted to journalists affiliated with newspapers, magazines, television, radio, or newswire services if they meet the following criteria:
  • Their name is listed on the publication’s website as an editorial contributor, reporter, or journalist.
  • Their primary responsibilities involve reporting or producing insurance, technology, risk, or innovation-related topics.
  • Please note: Executives, sales, and administrative staff are not eligible for media credentials.

Freelancers covering ITC Vegas on assignment may be eligible for media credentials if they can provide:
  • A note from an editor sent on official letterhead or from a publication’s email address confirming the assignment.
  • Registration must be completed under the name of the publication, not a personal business or brand.
  • Freelancers writing only for personal blogs, PR firms, or corporate clients aren’t eligible.

Analysts from well-known research or advisory firms may qualify for media credentials if they’ve published:
  • A bylined, publicly available report on insurance, insurtech, or innovation within the last six months.
  • Analysts who publish only client-facing reports, as well as financial analysts and consultants, don’t qualify.

Podcast hosts may qualify for ITC Vegas media credentials if they provide:
  • The name of the podcast and affiliated media outlet (if applicable).
  • A link to the podcast’s website or platform (e.g., Spotify, Apple Podcasts) with publicly available episodes.
  • Demonstrated history of producing and publishing insurance, insurtech, risk management, or innovation-related content at least once per month.
  • Podcasts primarily focused on self-promotion, marketing services, or sales consulting—without consistent editorial content—do not qualify for media credentials.

Disclaimer: Media credentials will be subject to approval by ITC Vegas staff. Those who do not meet these requirements will need to register as general attendees. The ITC Vegas team may request additional verification to ensure applicants meet the standards required for a media pass.

If you have questions about this eligibility criterion, please email ITC@CaliberCorporate.com.
