We’re seeking exceptional individuals to share insights, real stories, and unique expertise with more than 9,000 attendees from across the global insurance ecosystem. We’re looking for engaging, actionable, and thought-provoking content that will inspire, inform, and ignite our audience.   

For 2026, there are three applications to consider. Each helps us evaluate how your perspective fits within our themes and programming goals. Review all three options and apply to the one that best reflects your expertise and how you’d like to participate.  

Applications are open until Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST. 

Applying to speak at ITC Vegas is free. If selected, there is no fee to participate. However, if your company aligns with our sponsor profile and your submission is not a strong match for our editorial program, we may connect you with our sponsorship team to explore paid speaking options.

Full Session Submission

Submit a complete session concept, including your proposed topic, session title, abstract, and any speakers you intend to bring. At ITC Vegas, the strength of your idea is only as strong as the caliber of the leaders on stage, so please ensure that both the content and speakers reflect the highest level of industry expertise. 

Full session submissions can take many forms, from 10-minute mic-drops to fireside chats, case studies, panels, or interviews. We welcome fresh, insightful ideas that align with our 2026 track themes and deliver clear learnings for the audience. Panelist or Moderator Role

The ITC Vegas Content Team curates all panels, fireside chats, case studies, and meet-ups through extensive industry research and collaboration with our advisory network. We identify the topics, shape the sessions, and then match the strongest voices in the market to each conversation. 

If you are an industry leader with hands-on expertise, a unique point of view, or deep domain knowledge, you may be selected to contribute as a panelist or moderator within one of our curated sessions. Live @ ITC Moderator

Do you thrive in front of the camera? Are you skilled at uncovering compelling stories and steering engaging conversations? ITC Vegas is seeking 8-10 exceptional ‘Live @ ITC Moderators’ to host dynamic interview segments onsite at the “Live @ ITC” interview set. Learn more and apply below!
