Sweepstakes Sponsor.
The sponsor of the sweepstakes is ITC, 100 South Hartford Ave, Suite 100, Tulsa, OK 74120. ITC reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone, or otherwise alter this sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable law and regulations, at its sole discretion.
Eligibility Requirements.
Participation in this sweepstakes is restricted to those 18 and older. Employees of ITC, its agents, and members of those households, as well as ITC’s conference sponsors, are excluded from participating. You may not participate in this sweepstakes if doing so is prohibited by the rules of your employer. By consenting to enter into this sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
How To Play.
Each person who registers for ITC Vegas 2024 as an attendee between March 18, 2024, and October 11, 2024, will receive a personal sharing link via a sharing widget to share their attendance at the end of the registration checkout process, as well as via periodical email reminders through the contest period. The registrant with the most referrals (people who clicked on that registrant's personal sharing link to register for ITC Vegas) will be awarded the prize. Referrals are tracked by ITC via the individual sharing widget and link and are associated with each registrant who has shared their link. Only referrals completed via the individual sharing link/widget will count toward the registrant's referral total. The link must be shared via one of the applicable social networks or communication channels using the sharing widget - including but not limited to Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack, Instagram, email platforms, Facebook Messenger, Microsoft Teams, and SMS/text message.
Duration.
The sweepstakes entries will be accepted from March 18, 2024, until October 11, 2024. The prize will be awarded on October 15, 2024.
Prize.
Two sets of two (2) complimentary tickets to Mad Apple by Cirque du Soleil, a $250 MGM Resorts International gift card, and a reserved table in the 1:1 meeting zone. These prizes are nontransferable and are the sole responsibility of the winner upon acceptance.
Odds of Winning.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Selection and Notification of Winner.
The winner will be selected by an ITC representative randomly picking one entry on or around October 15, 2024. The winner will be notified as soon as possible by email. You may request the name of the winner by contacting our support team at support@insuretechconnect.com.
Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.
The winner agrees to execute an affidavit that they meet all of the eligibility requirements, that their participation and winning does not violate the rules of their employer and a release of liability. The winner will not have been deemed to accept the prize until the foregoing have been met, in ITC’s sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability.
ITC assumes no liability in connection with misdirected or incomplete entries, or for any injuries or losses caused by a prize awarded in the sweepstakes or by participation in the sweepstakes.
Void Where Prohibited.
This promotion and sweepstakes is subject to all applicable state and federal laws and “void where prohibited.”
