  1. No Purchase Necessary; Consent to Contact for Marketing or Sales Purposes.
    • No purchase is necessary to participate or win; a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. You agree InsureTech Connect, LLC, a subsidiary Clarion Events, Inc. (“ITC”) may use the information submitted for this sweepstakes for business purposes, including sales and marketing contact.
  2. Sweepstakes Sponsor.
    • The sponsor of the sweepstakes is ITC, 100 South Hartford Ave, Suite 100, Tulsa, OK 74120.  ITC reserves the right to modify, cancel, postpone, or otherwise alter this sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable law and regulations, at its sole discretion.
  3. Eligibility Requirements.
    • Participation in this sweepstakes is restricted to those 18 and older. Employees of ITC, its agents, and members of those households, as well as ITC’s conference sponsors, are excluded from participating. You may not participate in this sweepstakes if doing so is prohibited by the rules of your employer. By consenting to enter into this sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  4. How To Play.
    • Each person who registers for ITC Vegas 2024 between March 18, 2024, and April 7, 2024, will automatically be entered to win with one entry. Participants who share their referral link and someone who registers through that link will receive 10 extra entries per person who registers with the link. Participants who share their because of ITC story with the hashtag #becauseofITC and tag ITC on social media will also receive 10 extra entries.
  5. Duration.
    • The sweepstakes entries will be accepted from March 18, 2024, until April 7, 2024. The prize will be awarded on April 8, 2024.
  6. Prize.
    • Two sets of two (2) complimentary tickets to Michael Jackson ONE at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas, during the ITC Vegas event. This prize is nontransferable and is the sole responsibility of the winner upon acceptance.
  7. Odds of Winning.
    • The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  8. Selection and Notification of Winner.
    • The winner will be selected by an ITC representative randomly picking one entry on or around April 8, 2024. The winner will be notified as soon as possible by email. You may request the name of the winner by contacting our support team at support@insuretechconnect.com.
  9. Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability.
    • The winner agrees to execute an affidavit that they meet all of the eligibility requirements, that their participation and winning does not violate the rules of their employer and a release of liability. The winner will not have been deemed to accept the prize until the foregoing have been met, in ITC’s sole discretion.
  10. Limitation of Liability.
    • ITC assumes no liability in connection with misdirected or incomplete entries, or for any injuries or losses caused by a prize awarded in the sweepstakes or by participation in the sweepstakes.
  11. Void Where Prohibited.
    • This promotion and sweepstakes is subject to all applicable state and federal laws and “void where prohibited.”
