All registered attendees will receive an email with your registration barcode; please keep this handy! The email will have links to add this barcode to your mobile wallet or simply save the email to quickly scan at registration for your badge to print at one of our self-serve stations. Your QR code is also included in the app named “My Ticket” towards the top of the screen.

• Quick entry tip: head to the badge pick-up lanes, scan your QR code, and your badge will print instantly! 

• No QR code? No problem. We’ve got you covered—we’ll look you up onsite.

We know networking is a key reason to attend ITC Vegas, and our official mobile app is LIVE!

You should have received an email with instructions on how to download (search “ITC Vegas 2024” in the app store) and log in using your personal ID.

Dress for success - 20 years ago, this might have meant a suit and tie. We don’t have an official dress code, but you will see jeans, and a cool T-shirt, with casual shoes to a suit (usually no ties are worn), and everything in between. Blazers, skirts, suits, jeans, and blouses make for a diverse showing.  
 
Also, remember to wear comfortable shoes! You will easily take 10,000+ steps a day, if not many more. You can’t go wrong with business casual. 

Just in case - be sure to pack a sweater or light jacket for the official closing party on Thursday evening, which will be held outdoors.

To go green, we’ll be providing all registrants with reusable water bottles thanks to CAPE Analytics and have set up convenient water refilling stations across the Expo Floor. Stay hydrated while doing your part to make the event more sustainable.
