Bag policy
The bag policy applies only to the Oceanside Ballroom on Level 2
- Main Stage
- Bag check will be available in the Shoreline Room on Level 2 next to Registration from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
- Policy: Only clear bags or bags under 8"x6" allowed.
- Closing Party
- No bag check is available.

Lanyard policy
For the safety and security of all ITC Vegas participants, all sponsors and attendees are required to wear the official show lanyards provided at registration.
- Identification & Access: The official lanyards are part of our event’s security system. They allow event staff and security personnel to easily identify who is authorized to be in specific areas.
- No Substitutions: Personal or branded lanyards may not be used in place of the official show lanyards. Wearing unofficial lanyards can delay access at checkpoints and may result in being stopped by security.
- Enforcement: Security staff will be instructed to enforce this policy. Anyone not wearing the official show lanyard will be asked to return to registration to obtain and wear one.

- All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by October 2, 2026 at 12:00 pm. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the deadline, please have all carriers check-in by October 2, 2026 at 10:00 am.

Wristband and badge pick up
- WRISTBAND PICKUP:
- Wristbands will be handed out at the dock doors and main entrance to expo hall for EAC’s & Sponsors for move-in/set-up.
- BADGE PICKUP:
- *NEW* A government issued ID will be required to pick up your badge. No bulk pickups will be allowed.
- *NEW* For the safety and security of all ITC Vegas participants, all sponsors and attendees are required to wear the official show lanyards provided at registration.
- Badge Pickup Location: NEW LOCATION Sponsor badges can be picked up at the Badge Pickup area in Mandalay Bay Bayside D on Level 1.

Transportation
TRAM SERVICE:
The Mandalay Bay Tram runs from 10am – 12am daily. The Northbound tram runs from Mandalay Bay to Excalibur with a stop at Luxor. The southbound tram runs from Excalibur to Mandalay Bay; it does not stop at the Luxor.
- Hours of Operation: 10 am – midnight
Shipping out procedures
A completed Material Handling Agreement (MHA) is required for each shipment being shipped out from the show. All pieces must be labeled individually.
