Make the Most of Your ITC Vegas Experience
Check out our top tips for a smooth and successful ITC Vegas!
Between the show floor at ITC Vegas and enjoying all the amenities at Mandalay Bay, you will get your steps in! Bring a pair of shoes you know you can walk in for the duration of your stay.
ITC Vegas is full of networking and learning, making It is easy to forget water. However, Las Vegas is in the desert, which makes it even more important to drink enough! We recommend carrying around a refillable water bottle – or grab one of the free provided water bottles on-site. (P.S. – a refillable water bottle is just one of many ways you can be more green at ITC Vegas!).
We are here to help get you checked in and answer any questions along the way! Make sure you know when badge pickup is open to ensure you can grab your badge.

Pack clothes that you would be comfortable wearing all day that reflect your personal and professional brand. We recommend bringing layers since the rooms vary in temperature.
We recommend using the ITC Vegas mobile app to build your schedule. This is the best way to keep track of time and know where to go for the sessions of your choosing.
Safety and Security
The safety and security of our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and staff is our top priority at ITC Vegas. ITC Vegas has enhanced overall security for the event, and we are currently working with our partners to ensure safety remains a top priority throughout the event. We do not share the details of our plans and procedures, but we will be updating certain policies publicly, such as our bag policy.
Security measures and operational plans are in place, including:
- Bag policy for certain sessions
- Valid ID's are required for badge pick-up and ticket verification
- A badge can be reprinted once for free; any further reprints will incur a charge
- Uniformed and covert security guards
- Crowd management staff, signage and barriers, as necessary
- Attendees must pick up their own badges; team members are not permitted to pick up badges for others
