As the world’s largest gathering of insurance innovation, ITC Vegas is where the insurance and insurtech industries meet – and where you are bound to make headlines! 

New for 2024! We will select three companies to break their news live from the ITC Innovation & Demo Stage on Wednesday, October 16. Each company will have ten minutes to share an exclusive announcement to an audience of top insurance media, investors, and leaders in the space.  

If you are interested, please email itc@calibercorporate.com with a 100-word pitch on your news by 5 pm PT on Friday, October 4. Announcements must be significant, such as a large funding round, new product or impactful partnership, and must be an exclusive announcement and not already public. 

There is no fee to submit your proposal or to announce your news on stage if selected. 

Companies are encouraged to set up interviews with media during the event, which will be hosted in the press room, which is located at Oceanside F (the same area as the speaker lounge and across from the Mainstage).  

The press room will be monitored to ensure it is reserved for the media and companies being interviewed. Company spokesperson(s) can only be in the press room during an interview. Press room hours include:  

• Wednesday, October 16: 8 am – 5 pm  
• Thursday, October 17: 8 am – 4:30 pm

New to ITC Vegas 2024: When you book a space in the Content Studio on the ITC Vegas app, you get a dedicated area to record your content for interviews. Each area fits up to two people. Don’t forget to bring your own recording equipment. 

To book studio time: 

• Select Invitees: You can only add multiple people to your invitation through the web platform. 

• Choose the Date 

• Choose the Time 

• Confirm the Location 

• Add a Personal Message: Share any details about your invitation so the ITC Team can approve your request. 

Two areas can be reserved in the Content Studio (Booth 3004): 

• Nebula Lounge: This space features two armchairs arranged around a central, low table. The ITC Vegas nebula backdrop makes you feel like you’re among the stars, perfect for in-depth discussions or interviews. 

• Stellar Heights: This space features modern pub-height tables and high-top stools. The dynamic ITC Vegas nebula backdrop adds energy to your recording and is ideal for lively conversations. 

Attendees will receive confirmation emails. If the ITC team does not approve your meeting, attendees will receive a cancellation email.
