Yosha Delong

Yosha R. DeLong is the Global Engagement Officer at Mosaic Insurance Company where she previously held the role of Global Head of Cyber.

She is responsible for Mosaic’s overall market engagement across business lines, including product distribution and growth, broker and client relationships, and sales and business development initiatives.

Before joining Mosaic, Yosha was the Technical Director of Cyber and Professional Lines at Zurich North America, overseeing cyber risks and cyber as a peril across all business lines and managing professional liability portfolios including healthcare professional and construction professional.

With over 29 years of experience in the insurance industry, Yosha has held roles as both an underwriter and broker in the US and London markets. She is a recognized thought leader, frequently contributing to business publications, speaking on industry panels, and authoring white papers on cyber and artificial intelligence. Her expertise has led to participation in government roundtables and classified White House briefings on cyber threats. 

Yosha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
