Tyler Jones is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, insurance, and customer experience. As Chief Marketing Officer at Duck Creek, Tyler leads global marketing and PR for the industry’s leading provider of insurance core systems. Duck Creek’s solutions tackle some of the sector’s most pressing challenges—including rising claim frequency and severity, legacy system and digital transformations, and economic and social inflation.

Prior to Duck Creek, Tyler served as Chief Marketing Officer at CLARA Analytics, an AI-driven platform for casualty claims, where he led the company through a period of explosive growth, more than quadrupling annual revenue. His earlier roles include transformative leadership at Kaiser Permanente, where he oversaw a $250 million overhaul of the revenue cycle and consumer billing systems, and at AIG, where he served as Global Head of Data Strategy, using data to drive strategic decisions and elevate customer experiences.

At Duck Creek, Tyler continues to champion customer-centric strategies, helping clients unlock the full value of the platform and realize meaningful business outcomes.

Based in Utah, Tyler shares life with his partner Emily and their four children. He holds a marketing degree from the University of Utah and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Outside of work, he’s a passionate foodie and unapologetic music snob.
