Tobi Rave
Tobias Rave is Chief Transformation Officer at Zurich Canada, where he leads strategic, structural, and operational transformation across the business, with a strong focus on innovation, data, analytics, and AI, and serves as a member of the Executive Committee.
With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of top-tier strategy consulting and insurance operations, he previously spent the core of his career at Bain & Company in Zurich as an Associate Partner, advising global C-suites on strategy, M&A, and large-scale transformation. Tobias has led complex innovation and operating model transformations across Europe, North America, and Asia, and regularly engages with C-suite and board-level stakeholders in global matrix environments.
Tobias holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and Wharton and a Master's in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
