Stephen Goldstein has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, spanning roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, with a focus on distribution, go-to-market, and strategy. He has held senior level positions at both Prudential plc, a Fortune 250 global insurance carrier, as well as Reinsurance Group of America one of the top life-only reinsurers in the world.

Currently at the helm of TETRA G, Stephen operates a two-sided practice, which provides advisory services for insurtech and fintech startups, and strategic consultancy services for enterprise technology vendors, insurance carriers, reinsurers, brokers and agencies.  Stephen also serves on five insurtech two insurance industry conference advisory boards . His deep understanding of the industry coupled with his global perspective enables him to provide innovative and effective solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.  Stephen is also a licensed L&H and P&C agent.
