Sri Oddiraju is the CEO of Fletch, a provider of next-generation distribution technology that empowers marketing teams at top carriers and brokers to acquire new business through any channel - with a strong focus on embedded partnerships via APIs. Building on this foundation of embedded insurance, Fletch executed the industry’s first 'quote to bind' agentic commerce transaction in 2025.
Prior to founding Fletch, Sri was a product leader at J.P. Morgan and Ripple, where he led cross-functional teams in the development of payment protocols which now facilitate multi-billion dollar flows. Sri holds several payments patents and is a graduate of the University of Chicago.
