Shane Foss is the Founder and CEO of Hooray Health, a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions for America's hourly workforce.  With more than two decades of leadership across healthcare, medical technology, and insurance, Shane has dedicated his career to improving access and affordability in healthcare. 

Before founding Hooray Health, Shane served as Chief Operating Officer at Employer Direct Healthcare (now Laentern), General Manager at Stryker Orthopedics, and sales consultant at DePuy, a Johnson & Johnson Company.  A U.S. Air Force veteran, he served four years on active duty before transitioning into the private sector. 

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Incarnate Word and an MBA from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business.  Beyond his professional achievements, he has dedicated over 20 years to volunteering with Faith in Practice in Guatemala, providing medical care to underserved communities.
