Sean O’Donoghue is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Security Benefit, where he leads the company’s digital and technology strategy, focused on modernizing platforms and integrating data and AI to improve operational efficiency and enhance advisor and client experiences. With more than 35 years of experience driving large-scale technology innovation and business transformation, Sean has held senior leadership roles across insurance, media, entertainment, and enterprise technology. Prior to joining Security Benefit, he held leadership positions at DreamWorks Animation, Oracle, KPMG, and Madison Square Garden. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University College Cork. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with ISACA.
