andeep L Khuperkar is the Founder and CEO of Data Science Wizards (DSW), where he is leading the development of DSW UnifyAI OS an Enterprise AI Operating System designed to help organizations operate AI reliably, responsibly, and at scale.

With over 25 years of experience across enterprise technology, open source, and AI, Sandeep has worked with organizations such as IBM, Red Hat, and Ashnik. His background in enterprise architecture and distributed systems has shaped his approach to solving complex data integration and operational challenges.

His work today is focused on enabling regulated industries particularly insurance and financial services to move beyond AI experimentation toward production-grade systems that are governed, auditable, and aligned with business outcomes. He advocates a system-led approach, where AI becomes part of the core operating fabric of the enterprise rather than a collection of isolated use cases.

Through DSW, he is building a platform that allows enterprises to build, integrate, deploy, and operate AI within their own environments—ensuring full ownership, flexibility, and long-term scalability without vendor lock-in.

Sandeep is also a Regional Mentor of Change with the Atal Innovation Mission and an active contributor to the open-source ecosystem, associated with Open Source Initiative and Linux Foundation.

He is currently focused on expanding DSW’s presence in the United States, working closely with enterprise leaders to enable the next phase of AI adoption.
