Sam Rea is the President and Chief Technology Officer at Aspire General Insurance,
where he leads technology strategy, software engineering, cybersecurity, data,
and AI initiatives. With more than 25 years of technology leadership in the insurance
industry, Sam focuses on transforming emerging technologies into measurable
business results. He has led the deployment of numerous AI solutions, including
intelligent claims triage, fraud detection, AI-assisted claims workflows, customer
voice assistants, and digital self-service capabilities. Prior to Aspire General Insurance,
Sam served as CTO for the Peak6 InsurTech companies and CIO at National General
Insurance, leading large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
