Robin Gordon serves as Hippo’s Chief Data Officer, where she leads the Data & Analytics organization and drives the company’s strategy in predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI. In this role, she advances Hippo’s data capabilities to strengthen risk management, accelerate innovation, and support a more diversified and resilient portfolio. Before joining Hippo, Robin was Chief Data & Analytics Officer at MetLife and held senior leadership roles at KPMG, Blackstone, and CoreLogic. She earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, and Information Systems from the University of South Africa.
