Robert Poliseno

Division President, N.A. Small & Lower Midmarket, Chubb

Robert Poliseno is Division President of North America Small & Lower Midmarket. Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Poliseno is responsible for the strategy and overall P&L performance of the small and lower midmarket commercial segments. This encompasses products, pricing, portfolio management, underwriting, digital capabilities, production & service.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Poliseno served as Chubb’s Division President of North America Digital, where he was responsible for the overall performance of small business, along with embedded digital offerings spanning both commercial and consumer.

Mr. Poliseno previously held key roles within Chubb’s Field Operations Division. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for overseeing delivery of Chubb’s full portfolio of personal and commercial insurance products and services to agent and broker distribution partners through 48 branch offices across North America. He previously acted as Mid- Atlantic Regional Executive Officer, responsible for setting and driving the overall strategic direction for the territory.

With more than 28 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mr. Poliseno has a well-versed perspective on the industry. He joined Chubb (formerly ACE) from AIG in 2008 where he held various management and underwriting roles of increasing responsibility. He began his career with the Insurance Information Institute.

Mr. Poliseno graduated from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University with a

B.B.A. in International Management and received an M.B.A. from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College (part of the City University of New York.) He is an active board member and Vice Chair of the Southeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of The American Red Cross. Mr. Poliseno resides in Upper Makefield, PA with his wife and four children.
