Robert Pavleszek

Robert Pavleszek is Chief Operating Officer of Malibu Life Holdings Limited, where he oversees the Company’s operating and growth platform across its retail and reinsurance businesses, including Malibu Cayman, Malibu Bermuda, and its U.S. retail annuity platform.

He plays a central role in advancing Malibu Life’s growth and transformation agenda, with responsibility spanning enterprise execution, operating performance, product and distribution expansion, infrastructure modernization, and capability development. Mr. Pavleszek also helps lead the integration of Malibu Life’s operating platform with Third Point, the Company’s asset management partner, driving alignment across investment, product, capital, and broader enterprise priorities.

Prior to joining Malibu Life, Mr. Pavleszek served as Chief Strategy Officer of USAA Life Company, a leading U.S. life and annuity insurer. Earlier in his career, he held senior strategy, growth, and corporate development roles at Guardian Life, Nassau Financial Group, and Credit Suisse. His experience spans M&A, value creation, business transformation, product and go-to-market strategy, cost and capital optimization, digital modernization, and enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Mr. Pavleszek holds a Master of Quantitative Management from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Rutgers University.
