Rick Gorman is a Principal Solution Architect for Quadient. In this role, he is a Business Empowerment and Digital Transformation advocate and specializes in solutioning of the Quadient Inspire platform within the insurance, healthcare and financial verticals. Rick started as an IT programmer using technologies such as Cobol, Visual Basic, and C++ to support the production in a large print service provider servicing multiple enterprises.  He moved to the partner side of the industry after using and integrating several VDP technologies, standardizing on Quadient Inspire. He has over 30 years of experience in the Customer Communication Management industry as both an integrator/designer and a solution partner.
