Rebecca Harasymczuk is currently the Vice President of Claims Digital Experience and Transformation for Allstate Insurance Co. Becca began her career with Allstate in 2010 as a property CAT adjuster, then took on various roles within Claims before transitioning to Senior Manager of Business Architecture, Director of Digital Claims and now in her current role as Vice President. Becca earned her MBA from Penn State University. Becca lives in Northeast Pennsylvania with her dog Miller.
