Rafay Khan is the Founder and CEO of Moove.ai, building the reasoning layer for movement — validation infrastructure that lets insurers, OEMs, fleets, and public agencies rely on AI for high-stakes decisions about physical reality. Moove.ai transforms sensed reality into behavioral intelligence, grounded in the world's largest validated movement corpus, powering explainable risk models, road safety insights, and decision-grade outputs that integrate directly into operational workflows.

Rafay's vision moves beyond static data and isolated scores toward behavioral reasoning systems that explain why an event happened and predict what happens next, with the rigor regulators and reinsurers will increasingly demand.

Prior to founding Moove.ai, Rafay served as GM Commercial at Maxar and VP of Asia Pacific at HERE Technologies, leading strategic partnerships with Google, Microsoft, Apple, and Samsung. He began his career at Chrysler's Crash Simulation Labs, developing finite element models on Cray supercomputers — grounding his long-standing focus on automotive safety. He holds an MSc from Stanford and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
