Pierre is an experienced C-suite leader specialising in data and AI. He is a qualified actuary and hold degrees in mathematics and finance along with a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge. He has held senior positions across the insurance, banking, and technology sectors.

Currently Chief Data Officer at ManyPets, Pierre is responsible for shaping data strategy, advancing analytics capabilities, and delivering AI solutions that make a real difference to the lives of pet parents.

Prior to this, he served as Chief Data Science Officer at Abacai, where he helped launch a new motor Insurtech, built the data science team from the ground up, and implemented impactful AI-driven initiatives.

Pierre also spent nearly a decade at Vitality as Chief Analytics Officer. There, he established the Data Science function and led pioneering work in applying behavioural economics and machine learning to attract, retain, and motivate customers to live healthier, longer lives.

Across his career, Pierre’s passion for data science and AI has driven him to develop innovative algorithms and customer-centric solutions to address complex challenges within the insurance industry.
