Peter Vaccarella
Peter Vaccarella leads Camunda's global Presales organization, spending his days helping enterprises stop bolting AI onto processes built for humans and start reimagining them from the ground up. Before Camunda, he spent nearly 22 years in the GTM process automation space - long enough to know exactly which "digital transformation" buzzwords make customers roll their eyes, and which ideas actually move the needle.
His message to enterprises right now is simple: incremental optimization won't cut it. AI needs processes designed for AI, not human workflows with an agent bolted on.
Outside of work, Peter is a sports fanatic, a devoted foodie, and always chasing the next trip. He's also passionate about team building, and takes real pride in helping a group of individuals turn into a team that trusts each other and delivers.
