Paul serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Growth Strategy & Innovation Officer at EMC Life Insurance Company, where he leads the company’s growth strategy, distribution, sales, underwriting, claims, and transformation functions. He is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, launching innovative products and partnerships, and aligning operations and technology to support profitable growth.

With more than 25 years of experience across insurance, financial services, distribution, and business transformation, Paul has led initiatives spanning traditional agency distribution, digital and embedded insurance partnerships, product development, and enterprise modernization. He is currently helping position EMC Life for its next phase of growth, including expansion into the annuity market.
