Patrick Bogan

Patrick Bogan believes successful transformation is far more about people, partnerships and leadership than technology.

As Vice President of IT Strategy and Operational Excellence at CNO Financial Group, Patrick leads strategic partnerships, enterprise technology strategy, portfolio management, and organizational transformation initiatives. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations modernize technology platforms, adopt agile ways of working and build cultures focused on outcomes rather than activity.

Before joining CNO, Patrick served as CIO for multipole insurance technology companies and spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate complex business and technology change. He is passionate about creating alignment between business and technology leaders, unlocking value through trusted partnerships and helping teams succeed in an increasingly digital world.

Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Purdue University.
