I'm the CEO and founder of InfiniteWatch, where we build AI agents that understand and act across every customer conversation, with full observability from sales and claims intake to collections, renewals, and support. It's the culmination of two decades in the technology behind how insurance gets sold and serviced: I was CTO and first employee at CoverWallet, building the platform that let small businesses buy commercial insurance entirely online before we were acquired by Aon, and later led LLM development as CTO at Clibrain, one of Spain's first generative AI companies. InfiniteWatch is where those two threads meet, and it's what I spend all my time on today.
