Ngozi Nnaji

Ngozi Nnaji is the Founder and CEO of The Black Friday Network (TBFN), the first Black-owned, multidisciplinary network of independent insurance agencies built to scale ownership, access, and enterprise value across the industry. What started as a movement to expand distribution opportunities for Black agents has evolved into a national platform driving collaboration, carrier access, and growth—powering agencies toward the Billion Dollar Build.

With over 20 years in the insurance industry, Ngozi brings a unique blend of production, underwriting, and executive leadership experience. Through TBFN, she is redefining how agencies grow—leveraging community, technology, and cooperative economics to move from individual success to collective scale.

Beyond the Network, Ngozi is committed to building the future pipeline of the industry through her work as an Adjunct Professor at Clark Atlanta University and the creator of Agent Alliance, where she is helping develop the next generation of licensed agents and agency owners.
