With over 25 years of experience across insurance operations, consulting, and strategic advisory roles, I have cultivated a unique expertise that spans the entire insurance value chain: personal lines, commercial lines, specialty, life & annuities, reinsurance, and brokers/MGAs.

I have a proven track record, having overseen IT operations for a $2B insurance business and led successful enterprise platform modernization projects. For the past 12+ years at Microsoft, I've collaborated directly with top executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and Chief Underwriting Officers, assisting them in translating their AI ambitions into actionable business solutions.

Currently, my focus is on generative AI and agentic AI, exploring their implications for underwriting, claims, distribution, and customer experience. I am dedicated to guiding insurance leaders in responsibly transitioning from experimentation to enterprise-scale adoption of these technologies. I frequently speak at industry events, including the Celent AI Symposium, Chicago AI Week, and the Amwins Partner Advisory Summit, and I contribute to publications such as Business Insurance Magazine and Insurance Business America.
