In this role, I oversee the strategy, implementation, and compliance of a wide range of employee benefit programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement, and 401(k) administration.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, I’ve had the opportunity to lead benefits programs across diverse industries and organizational structures, helping to shape benefits strategies that support both employee well-being and business objectives. My background includes extensive work in plan design, vendor management, compliance with federal and state regulations, and creating employee education and engagement initiatives.
