Natalee Bailey is Vice President of Applications at Private Client Select, where she oversees the policy administration platform and its integration ecosystem. She leads a team responsible for delivering, scaling, and supporting core systems that enable personal lines insurance products across the United States. Since joining PCS in 2024, Natalee has led the implementation of a new policy administration platform, focusing on process optimization and a product-driven delivery model. Prior to PCS, Natalee held leadership roles at American Coastal Insurance, where she developed deep expertise in the insurance operating model and technology transformation.
