Mike Zukerman was appointed president and CEO of CSAA Insurance Group in August 2023. He leads an innovative, customer-driven organization focused on serving AAA members during life’s uncertainties. 

CSAA Insurance Group offers automobile, home and other personal and commercial lines of insurance to AAA Members throughout the United States. Founded in 1914, the company has been rated "A" or better by AM Best for more than 90 years. 

With nearly $9 billion in revenue, CSAA is one of the top personal lines property casualty insurance groups in the United States. The company has been repeatedly named one of the 50 most community-minded companies in America by Points of Light.

Mr. Zukerman serves on the boards of CSAA Insurance Group, Mobilitas Insurance, the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), the Executive Committee of the Bay Area Council (BAC), and Keep Tahoe Blue, an environmental nonprofit.
