Michelle Erins
Michelle Erins is a Director in P&C Actuarial at State Farm with accountability for Drive Safe & Save®, Ting, and the horizontal Auto Telematics strategy. Michelle earned her degree in Actuarial Science and Decision Science from Valparaiso University, where she also played volleyball—an experience that continues to influence how she leads. Michelle began her State Farm career in 2005 at the Research & Development Center at the University of Illinois and has been able to leverage her background across a variety of roles within P&C Actuarial. Outside of work, Michelle is deeply passionate about coaching volleyball. She brings a coaching mindset to everything she does—helping others raise their personal standard of excellence, staying driven by the process, and prioritizing progress over perfection. Michelle is a proud Next Gen Good Neighbor.
