Matt serves as a member of the leadership team at State Farm®, a company consistently ranked in the top 50 companies in the Fortune® 500 with over 90 million policies and accounts served by more than 60,000 employees and over 19,000 agents.State Farm was founded over 100 years ago and has been the largest personal auto and homeowner insurer in the U.S. every consecutive year since 1942 and 1964, respectively.
As a Manager – Corporate Development he works with a talented team of professionals whose mission is to forge and manage strategic alliances and relationships with best-in-class companies, explore and develop a wide variety of B2B opportunities, and focus on merger and acquisition activities. His professional background spans nearly 12 years and includes multiple leadership roles including finance, planning, analytics, and project management.

Outside of work, he enjoys expanding and sharing his passion of aviation, volunteering in his community, and working on the farm. Matt is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, a CPA, and a dedicated and committed leader with a passion for advancing his teams and organization.
