Manny Barbosa has more than 22 years of experience in the insurance industry, supporting independent agents. As an Agent for the Future Advisor for Liberty Mutual and Safeco Insurance, Manny works closely with agencies across the country, offering guidance on technology adoption, business optimization, and customer experience improvements. He is committed to helping agents find practical solutions that support long-term growth for their entire business.

Manny’s perspectives have been featured in industry publications such as the Big “I” and Insurance Journal, and he has contributed to podcasts hosted by Safeco Insurance. He is also a speaker at industry conferences and mainstage events, where he shares insights on emerging trends and best practices. 

Outside of his work in the insurance industry, Manny supports several Seattle-area nonprofits, focusing on marketing strategies to enhance fundraising and community awareness, and he currently serves as a board member for a local nonprofit.
