She serves as a mentor for emerging female leaders within her firm and in the DFW metroplex. Additionally, Madison leads a group of female C-Suite executives in the DFW metroplex, fostering a community where female leaders can share success stories, overcome challenges, and collaborate in an environment entirely dedicated to women supporting women.

Madison pursued her education at the University of Georgia, where she majored in Finance and Risk Management. In her leisure time, she enjoys exploring the world alongside her husband, spending quality time with dogs, Duncan and Donut, and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures.
