Luisa joined ManyPets in 2018 at the start of the brand’s meteoric rise in pet insurance from zero to one of the top brands in the UK. In 2024 Luisa became CEO of ManyPets and has since transformed the fast-growing business to a mature and profitable one, capable of scaling further.
Before ManyPets, Luisa, an actuary by training, spent 10 years at McKinsey as a management consultant and has held various roles in the finance and insurance including operations manager at Beazley, COO and then CEO of the insurance outsource provider Charles Taylor Insurance Services and NED of insurance tech company Fadata.
