Loi Stoddard-Graham
As Vice President of Business Growth & Retention for MetLife Legal Plans, Loi has responsibility for product go to market strategy, competitive positioning, sales support & underwriting, implementation, and customer management. She evaluates and operationalizes strategies to enhance MetLife’s offering through new features, optimized processes, innovative distribution relationships, and expansion into new markets.
Loi has spent her career focused on financial reporting, process improvement and managing teams. Prior to her current role, she worked in Financial Wellness & Engagement leading the product launch, product development and offering features and roadmaps. Prior to that, she worked in Global Employee Benefits (GEB) partnering closely with regional leaders to drive strategy development and business planning for MetLife’s businesses in 39 countries outside the U.S. Additionally, Loi was part of the Financial Management Group, managing monthly projections and reporting of expenses, headcount, and sales for the U.S. Business and Latin America.
Loi holds a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University, Master Certificate in Business Intelligence from Villanova University, Business Strategy certification from McKinsey and attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth ASCENT’s mastering management program.
With 20+ years of leadership experience in the insurance industry, Loi is a sponsor and mentor to many people and serves as the executive sponsor for MetLife’s relationship for the National African American Insurance Association.
Loi is an avid gardener, enjoys traveling, cooking, and volunteering. She resides in New York with her husband and daughter.
