Laura leads the Personal and Commercial Lines practice within WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology business in the Americas. She brings over 20 years of experience in property and casualty (P&C) insurance across the UK and North American markets.

A recognized expert in pricing, underwriting, claims, and distribution, Laura excels at helping insurers tackle strategic challenges and drive transformation throughout the insurance value chain. She specializes in leveraging data and analytics to optimize results, implement innovative technologies, and align operations with customer-centric outcomes.

Before WTW, Laura held senior leadership roles at major insurance carriers, overseeing multidimensional teams and managing a $2 billion retail P&L. Throughout her career, she has championed profitable growth through data-driven strategies and spearheaded initiatives in digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Laura holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA). She resides in Toronto with her family, enjoys traveling, and is passionate about playing the violin.
