Katie Gold is the VP of Insurance Sales at The Zebra, the company simplifying the insurance shopping experience. In this role, Katie plays an integral part in leading initiatives across The Zebra’s agency in customer experience and retention, operations, training and enablement, sales, staffing and project management. With an emphasis on streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency, Katie collaborates cross-functionally with leaders to align talent with business needs, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention while fueling sales performance.

With more than 16 years of experience in the industry working across different verticals, Katie brings a unique blend of tech-forward innovation and people-first leadership. Prior to joining The Zebra, Katie spent 9 years with Farm Bureau, in a variety of roles, including call center management, sales and marketing coaching, agency management and recruiting and ultimately running her own agency. Before Farm Bureau, Katie began her career in claims with Allstate insurance, before using her sales background to move to the agency side. 

Outside of her professional experiences, Katie enjoys spending time with her kids, keeping up with fitness and nutrition trends, and finding ways to stay active.
