Kathryn Jackson is Chief of Staff to the President of Property & Casualty (P&C) at USAA, where she leads strategic planning and execution, operating rhythms, IT portfolio management, employee engagement, and special programs supporting one of the organization's largest business units.

A seasoned leader with expertise in strategy, transformation, risk management, and operational excellence, Kathryn has held critical leadership roles across the P&C organization. Prior to her current role, she led Risk and Compliance Management, overseeing governance and control functions including regulatory intelligence, policy governance, risk reporting, issue management, control testing, business rules management, and fraud governance.

Since joining USAA in 2019, Kathryn has led transformational initiatives supporting strategic outcomes and organizational adoption across a workforce of more than 14,000 employees. She also led the P&C Agile Center of Excellence, helping advance agile operating models and enterprise program management capabilities.

Before USAA, Kathryn led Accenture's North America Business Process Services Delivery PMO, directing portfolio management for complex, large-scale programs and driving change strategies that improved delivery performance and operational effectiveness. She also served on Accenture's Global Client Visit Experience team, supporting executive and client engagements across its global delivery network.

Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from St. Mary's University and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Her career has been defined by helping organizations align strategy, technology investments, governance, and change leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.
