Katarina provided guidance and counsel to Concert in establishing and operationalizing Harmony Re. As President, she is a member of Concert’s executive leadership team.

Before assisting Concert with Harmony Re’s formation, Katarina was Managing Director, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, where she also served as a board member of its North America underwriting companies.

Her career experience includes seven years at AIG as a senior executive in the General Insurance business segment and two years at McKinsey & Company where she was P&C Insurance Industry Leader. 


Katarina holds a Master of Business Administration (Dean’s List) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (Are) designations.
