Having renovated 1,000+ homes, Jonathan brings hands-on expertise in durable, high-performing design and home resiliency — spanning clean energy, sustainable living, and smart water protection. In 2025, he led the investor group that acquired Phyn, a smart water shutoff solution and leader in leak detection and home protection. He is also a Habitat for Humanity Global Habitat Humanitarian.
