John Jankowski is the Chief Information Officer at Balavant Insurance Group, a technology-enabled managing general agency (MGA) platform focused on driving scale, innovation, and profitable growth across the specialty insurance market. He is responsible for the company's technology strategy, enterprise applications, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and IT operations, helping build a modern digital platform that enables rapid growth and operational excellence.

With more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in the insurance industry, John has led enterprise transformation initiatives spanning underwriting platforms, policy administration, claims, data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.

Prior to joining Balavant, John served as Chief Information Officer at Trium, a startup Lloyd's Syndicate specializing in Cyber and Property insurance. Before Trium, he held a variety of leadership positions at Aspen Insurance, where he led initiatives across Information Technology, Program Operations, Claims, and Business Change, developing broad expertise across the insurance value chain.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Trinity College and an MBA from Northeastern University.
