Jim Villa

Jim Villa is the Global Head of Accident & Health at Zurich North America. In this role, he leads the strategy, growth, and performance of Zurich’s Global Accident & Health portfolio, including supplemental benefits, group accident, and occupational accident solutions.
Jim brings decades of experience in Accident & Health leadership, most recently serving as SVP of A&H Strategy and Distribution at Arch Insurance. He has also held senior A&H leadership roles at The Hartford, Chubb, Aon Consulting, and AIG. Jim is based in New Jersey.
