A 16-year veteran of Liberty Mutual, Jesse previously served as VP of Product Delivery, overseeing the prioritization and execution of product initiatives across personal lines. Throughout his career, he has held progressive leadership roles spanning distribution and product innovation, delivery optimization, and multi-line product strategy. Heller earned his MBA from Babson University and holds the CPCU designation.
