Mr. Barnes is the Vice President of Affinity Partnerships at Moen  where he leads the development of innovative insurance and affinity programs designed to virtually eliminate non‑weather water claims. Under Jeff’s leadership, Moen Flo has secured 18 major insurance partnerships in just two years — including half of the top 10 U.S. carriers — all of whom are now seeing meaningful reductions in loss ratios while helping policyholders avoid the disruption and expense of in‑home water damage.

Before joining Moen in 2023, Jeff spent more than eight years driving business development and strategic partnerships at ADT Security. There, he built high‑value relationships with leading national insurance brands and championed customer‑centric solutions that delivered measurable claims savings.

Jeff’s career also includes seven years with Florida Power & Light and over two decades in the service contract industry, where he consistently created new business channels and scalable programs that improved growth, reduced costs, and elevated customer satisfaction.
