Jay Rajendra
Jay Rajendra is Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer for Arch Capital Group, a $30B multinational insurance company. He is responsible for developing new business models, technologies and strategies that improve profitability and growth. Jay built Arch’s industry-leading data science team from scratch in 3 years. He is also responsible for Arch’s Digital Partners group and its insurtech VC frund.
Jay started his career consulting to large international (re)insurers and innovative start-ups on pricing, strategy and M&A. He has an MBA from MIT, and a bachelor's and master's degree in mathematics from Oxford University. In his spare time, Jay provides strategy consulting for start-ups, entrepreneurs and non-profits in the U.S. and internationally.
