Jamie Cuffe

Jamie Cuffe is the founder & CEO of Pace, the AI operations partner for the world's leading insurers. Our customers, including Palomar, Prudential, and Convex, process half a million transactions with an agentic workforce across new business, policy servicing, and claims processing.

Prior to Pace, Jamie founded his first company, Cheer, focused on process optimization. In 2020, Cheer was acquired by Retool to extend their platform to build AI applications. As Head of New Products & AI at Retool, Jamie helped grow the company to tens of thousands of businesses. He worked closely with Fortune 500 companies, including major insurers and asset managers like Progressive and Berkshire Hathaway, to automate their internal operations. Growing up in London and Bermuda, where his father worked in insurance operations, prompted him to start Pace with the vision to unlock human labor productivity with AI.
